Our Verdict
I recently installed the 6W Silver Aluminum Up and Down COB Wall Sconce to replace an outdated fixture on my back porch. I was curious to see how the COB lighting technology would perform in a real-world outdoor setting, particularly regarding its brightness and beam pattern.
Performance & Build Quality
The build quality is impressive for the price, utilizing a sturdy silver aluminum housing that feels substantial rather than flimsy. With an IP65 rating, it is well-protected against the elements, and the dual-directional beam offers a crisp, uniform light output that highlights wall textures beautifully.
Day-to-Day Experience
Installation was straightforward, and the light has been running consistently despite exposure to dust and direct rain. It produces a professional-grade glow that transforms the look of the house at night without requiring complex setup or ongoing maintenance.
This fixture is perfect for DIY enthusiasts and homeowners wanting a durable, modern, and energy-efficient lighting upgrade for their porch or patio.
Final Thoughts
Overall, this light earns a perfect 5/5 rating for combining functional durability with a sleek design. It is difficult to find a better balance of performance and style at the $39.00 price point, making it a reliable addition to any 2026 home upgrade project.
